XeloraeX provides technology solutions, recruitment support, and an online evaluation platform where candidates can take tests to qualify for potential job opportunities.

Online Test Fee & No Refund Policy

The fee of ₹500 paid for accessing the online test is strictly non-refundable. This fee is charged only for providing access to the evaluation platform and does not guarantee any job, interview, or recruitment.

By making the payment, the user explicitly agrees that:

• The payment is final and non-refundable
• No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances
• Participation in the test is voluntary

• Test access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
• Users must ensure correct payment details.
• Any payment failure should be reported immediately.

4. Recruitment & Eligibility

Candidates who score 75% or above in the test may be shortlisted for further recruitment processes. However:

• Scoring above 75% does not guarantee a job offer.
• Final selection depends on interviews, company requirements, and performance evaluation.
• XeloraeX reserves the right to accept or reject any candidate.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not engage in cheating, impersonation, or unfair practices
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Using automated tools or bots during the test
• Sharing test content or answers

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including test materials, website design, logos, and software, are the property of XeloraeX. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

XeloraeX shall not be held responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues during the test
• Payment gateway failures or delays
• Loss of data due to technical errors

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violation of these terms without prior notice.

10. Modifications

XeloraeX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
