This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made on XeloraeX for accessing our online test platform.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards the online test fee (₹500) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

The fee charged is solely an entry fee to access the online test platform and not a payment for job placement, training, or guaranteed services.

2. Nature of Payment

The payment is collected only for:

• Providing access to the online test
• Evaluating candidate performance
• Maintaining and operating the platform

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• If the candidate fails the test
• If the candidate scores below 75%
• If the candidate is not selected for recruitment
• If the candidate does not attempt or complete the test
• If there are internet, device, or user-side technical issues
• If the user changes their decision after payment

4. Payment Responsibility

Users are advised to carefully review all details before making the payment. By proceeding with the payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases such as duplicate payment due to a system error, the issue may be reviewed. However, XeloraeX reserves the right to make the final decision.

6. Final Decision

All decisions regarding payments and refunds are final and binding as per XeloraeX policies.
